Dr. Samuel Oludare Omojola is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Building,  Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He is a graduate of Building, Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile Ife and had his postgraduate studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria  and Building Maintenance  at Obafemi Awolowo University,

He holds M.Sc. Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.  M.Phil. and Ph.D in Building Maintenance respectively from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He is also a registered Builder. His professional experience spanned over three decades. He worked for seven years with an indigenous construction firm in Nigeria before coming to academic. He started his academic career in the Department of Civil Engineering, the Polytechnic Ibadan, Nigeria and later joined the service of the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2001.

He teaches in the areas of construction technology, building maintenance, sustainable building systems, and environmental performance of the built environment. His research interest is facilities management, maintenance technology and maintenance management. He is married with children and a granddaughter.
