Mr. AJAYI Abiola Odunayo is a graduate Assistant in the Department of Building at Obafemi Awolowo University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Building from same institution and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Construction Management.

His academic and research interests focus on leadership, power dynamics in construction organisations, with strong expertise in research methodologies and data analytics. He is committed to advancing knowledge in construction management practices through analytical insight.
