Professor Godwin Ehis Oseghale is a Professor of Building Maintenance in the Department of

Building, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of

Building (NIOB) and also a Registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of

Nigeria (CORBON). He holds an M.Sc. in Construction Management from the University of Lagos, MPhil, and a Ph.D. in Building Maintenance, respectively, from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

• His professional experience spans three decades of working in the building sector of the construction industry, as well as teaching, research, and community service at the University. Expertise: Optimal Strategies for Maintenance of Sports Facilities, project cost management, construction waste management, maintenance of cultural properties, construction skilled labour management, maintenance of industrial facilities, Energy Audit, material management on construction sites, construction delayed payments, BIM, Management strategies for sports facilities, ….
• Extensive supervision of building construction projects, consultant in building /civil engineering projects, and facilities maintenance.

He teaches Building maintenance, maintenance of electrical services, professional practice, Construction Business organization, and Finance. He is happily married with three children.
